Nope, not Martha Stewart, don't even try to be. I wish I could be really crafty, though. I always look at things and think, "Oh I could make that", but then I'm too chicken to try. Anyway, I've made two things lately... These two bowholders. One for a baby gift and one for a birthday present. I think they turned out okay.
The other night while Anthony and I were hanging my new purchases on the wall, the kids decided to entertain themselves:
And yes, those would be my couch cushions on the floor.
Now, I needed something to hang in place of these. So, I put this: 
Now, I'm also not a photographer, so the coloring is off a little. That one section looks like it is purple? It's not. It's brown. There's also the glare. And one of my candles is on crooked! I would've liked to shown you the couch underneath it, BUT my husband was lounging on it playing the PS3 and I was in his way. You can see a picture of my couch here though. Next, was my mantle. I liked how I had it (somewhere I've got a picture of how it looked...maybe I'll look later, if I find it, I'll let ya know.) but wanted something different. We did this: 
Okay, remember, I'm not a photographer, the glass thingy that has the green in it, is crooked, why? Because it's sitting on top of some glob of wax from my candle that use to be there. I should've fixed that! I also bought a picture of a "R" and it looks great in my kitchen, but I couldn't get a good picture of it without a huge glare. ANYWAY...there you have it.
and put them in a glass container that I already had, then stuck it in the kids' bathroom.
She gets excited everytime she walks in there and sees them! I'm glad that I didn't throw them away!
It was soon lunch time and we were wantin' some Mexican food (ya like how I took the picture of the side of the wall from the inside of my car?) 
We LOOOVE to eat!
On our way, we saw this:
Why was I the only one in the car that was excited about seeing this? I was so giddy!
Remember, my kids are some major fish and stayed in the water swimming, river floatin', and riding rides, so the only time I got out the camera was at lunch! These are the only pics I got! 
We had it Friday and Saturday, making $408! YAY! We had tons of clothes, baby eqipment, furniture,etc. Garage sales are alot of work, but you feel so much better when everything is gone and you see the money you made! My house and garage are clutter free! I'm so glad that we can both put our cars in the garage again! Next, Carli and I headed over to her sweet lil' friend, OLIVIA's 3rd BIRTHDAY PARTY!

It was at Carli's favorite place, the splash pad! 
Complete with her favorite foods, PIZZA and CAKE! 
Oh, and of course the party favor made her pretty happy too!

My Potter fanatics went to see the new movie the day it came out! 
They of course loved it and can't wait till it comes out on dvd to add it to their collection of Potter movies.
My mom would've have turned 51 years old today! WOW! I can't imagine what she would look like? To me, she'll always look 34. I love you mommy!
Our children are fearless! The kids love the water and the waves. So 99% of the time they stayed in the Gulf. The other 1% the boys stopped to eat and Carli built her sand castle and picked shells. 
We had an absolute blast and will go back very soon!
